SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your enrollment in and use of the text message program (the "Program") operated by PawPerimeter ("PawPerimeter," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

When you opt in to the Program, we will send you recurring text messages related to your account, your orders, abandoned carts, customer support, promotions, product updates, and offers. Message content may include order confirmations, shipping updates, cart reminders, and marketing or promotional messages.

2. Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box at checkout, on a sign-up form, or by otherwise affirmatively opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from PawPerimeter at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide, and that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive recurring messages based on your interactions with us, your orders, and ongoing promotions.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. PawPerimeter is not responsible for any message or data charges. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging or data plan.

5. Opt-Out

You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send the message STOP, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from the Program. If you want to rejoin the Program, sign up again as you did the first time, and we will resume sending messages to you.

7. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside of our control. Message delivery is on an "as available" basis.

8. Privacy and No Sharing of SMS Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected through the Program is used solely to operate the Program and deliver the messages you have consented to receive. We may share your phone number with service providers (such as messaging platform vendors) strictly to the extent necessary to transmit messages on our behalf; these providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose. 9. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may revise these SMS Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when we post the revised SMS Terms. Your continued enrollment in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
