SMS / Text Messaging Program. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. These SMS Terms govern your enrollment in the text message program (the "Program") for PawPerimeter, a brand owned and operated by AGARFFA BRANDS LLC ("AGARFFA BRANDS LLC," "PawPerimeter," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description. We send recurring texts related to your account, orders, abandoned carts, customer support, promotions, product updates, and offers.

2. Consent and Opt-In. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box at checkout, on a sign-up form, or otherwise opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional texts from PawPerimeter (a brand of AGARFFA BRANDS LLC) at the number provided.
