PawPerimeter – Website Terms, Shipping, and Sales Policies

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this website, you agree to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined below, without limitation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on this website, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy in full.

Failure to read these policies does not exempt the customer from being bound by them.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment


  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Once processed, orders are handed off to third-party shipping carriers.

Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

3. Shipping Timeframes & Delivery Expectations


  • Estimated delivery time is 7–14 days after processing.

  • Due to factors outside of PawPerimeter’s control (carrier delays, routing errors, weather events, peak seasons, customs inspections, or logistical disruptions), delivery may take up to 45 days.

By purchasing from this website, the customer expressly agrees that:


  • Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Carrier delays are not grounds for refunds, chargebacks, or order cancellations.

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or network errors are outside of PawPerimeter’s control.

4. Delivery Issues, Lost Packages & Replacements

PawPerimeter does not guarantee carrier performance, but will reasonably assist customers in investigating delivery issues.

If a customer claims non-receipt:


  • The customer must allow sufficient time for delivery (up to 45 days).

  • PawPerimeter will conduct an internal review using tracking data, carrier confirmations, delivery scans, and address verification.

If the investigation supports the claim:


  • A replacement may be issued at PawPerimeter’s discretion.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are not the default resolution.

False claims of non-delivery constitute fraud and may be disputed with evidence.

4B. Limited 60-Day Performance-Based Money-Back Guarantee (Training Required)

PawPerimeter offers a limited 60-day performance-based money-back guarantee, subject strictly to the conditions below.

This guarantee does NOT apply to:


  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Failure to use the product

  • Deciding not to train your dog

  • Regret after delivery

  • Products left unopened or unused

  • Sale, promotional, discounted, or marked-down purchases

This is not a “try it and return it” guarantee.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the 60-day money-back guarantee, the customer must:


  1. Receive and actively use the product

  2. Properly fit the collar on the dog

  3. Complete a minimum of seven (7) consecutive days of training

  4. Follow PawPerimeter’s official training guide exactly, including boundary setup, correction progression, and conditioning steps

  5. Demonstrate good-faith effort to train the dog as instructed

Simply receiving the product and choosing not to use it, abandoning training, or deciding the product is not wanted does not qualify for a refund.

Valid Guarantee Claim

The guarantee applies only if:


  • The collar is properly set up and used

  • The dog completes multiple days of guided training

  • The system still fails to contain the dog despite proper use

If these conditions are met, PawPerimeter may, at its sole discretion:


  • Issue a refund, or

  • Provide a replacement or alternative resolution

Additional Conditions


  • Claims must be submitted within 60 days of confirmed delivery

  • Proof of training completion and proper use may be required

  • Return of the product may be required

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • PawPerimeter reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet all requirements

Abuse of this policy or false claims of compliance may result in denial of refund and dispute of any chargeback.

5. Sale Items – Final Sale Policy (NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS)

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A SALE, PROMOTION, DISCOUNT, OR MARKDOWN ARE FINAL SALE.

This includes, but is not limited to:


  • Holiday sales

  • Flash sales

  • Limited-time promotions

  • Discount codes

  • Automatic or sitewide sales

For sale items:


  • No refunds

  • No returns

  • No exchanges

  • No chargeback eligibility

By completing a purchase during a sale, the customer agrees that the transaction is final and non-reversible.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks for reasons including but not limited to:


  • Shipping delays within the disclosed timeframe

  • Failure to read product descriptions or policies

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect assumptions about product use

  • Delays caused by third-party carriers

  • Orders placed during a sale

Unauthorized or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:


  • Permanent customer bans

  • Evidence submission to payment processors

  • Fraud reporting when applicable

PawPerimeter reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks using order records, delivery confirmation, policy acceptance logs, and customer communication.

7. Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing:


  • Accurate shipping addresses

  • Correct contact information

PawPerimeter is not responsible for:


  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed deliveries due to address errors

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

8. Product Use, Results & Assumption of Risk

Products are sold as-is and results may vary.

By purchasing, the customer acknowledges:


  • They are responsible for proper use of the product

  • PawPerimeter is not liable for misuse, improper setup, or unintended outcomes

  • No guarantees are made beyond what is explicitly stated on the product page

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:


  • PawPerimeter shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the product, if applicable

Under no circumstances shall PawPerimeter be liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers or services.

10. Right to Refuse Service

PawPerimeter reserves the right to:


  • Refuse service to any individual

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse

  • Deny future purchases to customers who violate policies or initiate bad-faith disputes

11. Policy Updates

PawPerimeter may update these policies at any time without prior notice.

The version posted on the website at the time of purchase is the version that governs that transaction.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Optional Extended Warranty (Post-Purchase Add-On)

PawPerimeter offers an optional extended warranty as a post-purchase upsell. This warranty is not included with the standard purchase unless explicitly added by the customer.

Warranty Scope

The extended warranty provides coverage for eligible manufacturing defects and functional failures as defined in the warranty terms presented at the time of purchase.

Each warranty applies to one (1) PawPerimeter system only.

If multiple systems are purchased, a separate warranty must be purchased for each system to receive coverage.

Important Conditions


  • The warranty is valid only for the specific system it is attached to

  • Warranties are non-transferable between systems or owners

  • The warranty does not cover:


    Normal wear and tear


    Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper setup, or failure to follow instructions


    Loss, theft, or intentional damage


    Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or third-party accessories


Warranty Claims


  • Claims must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the warranty documentation

  • Proof of purchase and proof of warranty enrollment may be required

  • PawPerimeter reserves the right to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the claim at its sole discretion

Warranty purchases are final sale and non-refundable once activated.

By purchasing an extended warranty, the customer agrees to all warranty terms and acknowledges that coverage is limited strictly to the specific system for which the warranty was purchased.
